I just had a 9" sub sandwich this afternoon with turkey, lettuce, tomatoe, alfalfa sprouts and mayo.. MMMMM! I don't have a problem with it. The sprouts digest pretty well. I even get extra sprouts on it!
For me, the key is to eat the problem stuff with food that I know is ok, kinda mix it all up! Works great for me. I even eat salad with romaine lettuce but I found if I eat it with my meals, my stool isn't quite as watery. That's just me tho.
