Hey guys

I can't stop picking at the edge of the flange on my bag (I use a coloplast one-piece) it's so irritating! It's like, it catches on fibres and then gets crunchy and I can't stop myself picking at it :( Any deas how I can get myself to stop?

after listening to the gurls, i tape down the edge of my wafer over by my belly button where it lifts. I do it with medical tape, its hypo allergenic, and waterproof, got it from cvs and it sticks until i take it off. mayb that might help? Some of the gurls tape theyr actual bags down
