I think your first step is to visit the manufacturer's websites (or ring around) and get as many free samples of various bags as you can - you may find one that sticks to your skin better. The main manufacturer's websites are
http://www.coloplast.com
http://www.hollister.com
http://www.convatec.com
http://www.dansac.com
you can usually order free samples direct from their website.
Secondly, measure your stoma - it may have changed size recently - and make sure the hole in the wafer is the right size for it.
Thirdly, is your stoma flush to the skin? Even if it isn't, convexity might help - ask for some samples of convex products from the above websites.
Fourth, since you wear a one piece, it's not convenient to change to a bigger bag at night time so what some people do, is set the alarm for say, 3am, so they can get up and empty and therefore avert any disasters which may happen when their bag gets too full.
Fifth, when applying your wafer, make sure your skin is DRY, DRY, DRY! Any bit of moisture will compromise the seal.
Hope this helps.
