im sorry guys i need reminding....y is it that we need to change when we get the itchies again? i've recently gotten them like yesterday and with work havent had time to change the bag...is this bad?

The itches usually means some stool has gotten on your skin and is irritating it. That is not always the case but usually. As you know, stool can breakdown your skin fast, so that's why it's important to change.

i don't always change right away when i get the itichies alot of times mine go away. But if they dont' i change it. I can't seem to see what causes them though
except of course, as soon as i started reading this post i got the itchies, lol.

i was trying to put it off, i ate a big meal and it would b a total mess trying 2 change 2nite

Rinse your pouch and around the stoma with cool water --- a lot of times this cleans the stool off of the skin and eases the itches!
