so today my pouch was making lots of noise, and i was freakign out cause i had to go to work and i didn't want it makign all that noise while i was serving people their food!  i didn't want to wear extra clothes, cause i would be hot, so i took some pieces of towel that i cut up to use for changes and put them on top of my bag, under my underwear, which gave me a thicker barrier, and it worked great!  it didn't add enough bulk to be noticeable either.

Summer,
I used to use pieces of lightweight cotton, like a men's t-shirt, between the bag and my skin so I wouldn't perspire so much in the heat Before Convatec started covering their bags. Good idea, especially when it is just too warm to add another layer of clothing, ie a long tank top tucked in under your shirt.

yeah i dont like to wear tank tops, i think they are too hot and they cling to my fat, lol.

I've even heard some folks use baby bibs between the pouch and their abdomen but that was long before they were making special sexy "covers" for the pouches!
