Hi!
I'm new to this forum and to my colostomy. I'm 8 weeks out with very little problems---short of a yeast infection around the stoma and getting used to the various wafers and adhesive issues---all is good and so much better than the life I had before.
I'm looking to do more physical activities involving jumping, running, etc. So far I feel uncomfortable having my bag hanging out and my newly protuding stoma/belly area jumping about.
Does anyone have any advice for a support belt or binding system to use during active workouts. I briefly read about someone using a tensor bandage. I'm not super thin so thats quite a bit of bandage for me.
I looked into a pouch support belt but it looks kinda clunky.

I also thought about buying a tube top and then just rolling it over my hip-waist area.
Any thoughts or advice? Any advice is helpful.
