I like white powdered sugar donuts (I have a big sweet tooth), and usually just get the boxed ones from the grocery store (like entenmann's or whatever), and I have noticed something strange when I eat them....
Now, granted I will eat like 4 or 5 of the "mini" ones for breakfast and nothing else, and later my output is always BRIGHT yellow! I mean REALLY bright!
The first time it happened, I was like...eww what the heck?!? Now, I just expect it!
Happened to anyone else? (probably won't happen unless you eat donuts as your whole meal, like me!)

lol no i have not noticed that and i eat alot of things, my stupid friend Tim keeps buyig them and i just keep eating them!
I have never eaten them as a whole meal, but i did eaet half a bag once or twice, lol.
Try eating just some powdered sugar and see if that does the same thing, i dont really know of any medical reason you need to do that, i'm just curious!

Could it be the food colouring in the icing (if there is any on the doughnuts)?

yeah, the donut part is yellow, so that must be why.

Hey all,
I guess you are all most likely right about
the yellow donut part..! :) It just seemed so bright yellow, but they probably add food coloring to the donuts...!
Anyway, I am glad I have a place to "talk" about
funny ostomy stuff like this. :) My husband is great and could care less about
my ostomy, but he still wouldn't be interested in stories about
my output, lol!
