anastomosis

Hi, I have been with this site two years ago and had my total colectomy. I am still having alot of cramps, pulling and rolling sensation that are so severely painful. Does anyone relate to that?  I had a small bowel follow through and it showed possible anastomosis. What has happened to any of you that needs to be done next? Thanks
