Hi folks,
I was given a diverting colostomy at the end of Sept. pending a diverticulitis resection. The ostomy is on the left about an inch lower than my navel.
Anyway, I'm using a Hollister concave barrier with the floating flange and I'm going through them to quickly. What's happening is the inner plastic piece is pulling away from the adhesive square. When I'm home and not moving too much, it's not a problem. However, when I get in the car or am otherwise active, the pants waistband or the seat belt has a tendency to slide down right on it the flange. I end up constantly adjusting this but the flange gets abused.
Ideas?
Suggestions?
thanks in advance.
