when are you going for your takedown? Did you ever get that insurance stuff taken care of?

I would talk with your surgeon or whomever as well. They may be able to pull some strings. The payment department doesn't really know you intimately as do the surgeons and nurses that you work with on a semi regular basis. It can't hurt to ask.
