Acne/Cysts post surgery?

So the surgery was a piece of cake, but the blockage which had me hospitalized for almost 3 weeks after surgery was terrible. I got a LOT of medications during that timeframe, dilaudid every 2 - 3 hours included.

Now that I'm home, I'm noticing a lot of Acne on my face and especially on my scalp. It's getting worse, and they hurt. They're white and full of puss and HURT!! Wife says they're spreading on my scalp.

Anyone else notice anything similar post trauma or surgery? I've heard that general anesthesia can cause hormonal imbalance but this is a bit MUCH !!

I started to have serious acne problem on my face and neck about 2 months post-surgery. (I was completely off Prednisone by then.) Family doctor and dermatologist put me on antibiotics and prescription cream. Condition improved after 2 months. But now I have lots of acne scars on my face. Not very nice.

Besides acnes, loss of hair and itchy skin around my wafer, I am a happy girl after my surgery.
