pregnacy with a stoma

I'm pregnant right now! and I meant to get pregnant. I'm 11 weeks! YEA!

The dr.s told me that the perinatologists will monitor the baby to make sure the baby is growing, but that's all they were concerned about.
Now, I'M concerned with obstruction. But I've consulted with my GI dr., my surgeon, and my OB and all said to go for it.
My surgeon addressed my obstruction concerns by saying that It doesn't happen very often b/c the gut is so moveable, but it is possible. Even though it's possible, it's definitely not a reason to NOT have a baby, b/c the odds are in my favor.
My OB said they would prefer me to have a V birth b/c of scar tissue.

So far, I think all is going well. I had my first baby and my u/c was somewhat controlled with lots of steroids, Asacol, carafate, and whatever else I was on. But I got very sick after and when my daughter was a year, i had surgery. I'm having a lot more symptoms with this baby, and I think it's b/c I was on steroids, and they masked some symptoms. I have morning sickness, heartburn, and extreme fatigue, which I did not have with my first pregnancy. Actually, I feel sicker while I'm 'well', than I felt when I was 'sick'.
