rectal stump removed

Hi everyone I am home from hospital after having my rectal stump removed ! so glad its over with and I am not in as much pain as I thought just discomfort really in the bottom area wink wasnt as straighforward as the surgeon had thought as stumpy had attached itself to the ureatha ( I think thats what he said ) so I have had to have stents put in to be removed later on this month but all in all glad to be home and thanks to all that wished me well xxx

I was wondering if you felt anything when you urinated, b/c your stumpy was attatched to your urethra?

I think my stumpy is floating around and poking things. Like my bladder when it's full and my uterus when I sit. I can feel it poking my uterus and I asked my OB, he said that sounds likely.

I did used to suffer with repeated cysitis and water infection and a dull ache in my left side , I asked my surgeon and he said could have been .
