subtotal colectomy and tricare standard

Has anyone here had a subtotal colectomy done with tricare standard insurance, and if so how much did they cover and how much did you pay?

I had a total proctocolectomy Sept 2010. The surgery was around 59k and my out-of-pocket expense was $1750.00 with Tricare Standard.
