like summer said, no fiberous foods such as fresh fruits/veggies, no seeds, nuts, grains, no whole grain bread or rice - anything that's whole grain. also no any kind of beans. cooked carrots and zuccini (w/o the skin) are totally safe. drink A LOT. feel good and let us know how you're doing.
