Question for j-pouchers.

Those of you who have j-pouches, do you find that your stool is more solid than it was with the loop ileostomy? My ileo output has been so watery even with taking 8 Imodium a day, I worry about what that will be like after take down.

Yes! Much more formed. Mine is hardly ever liquidy.

even your loop will get better over time. Mine finally started to slow down and get thicker after 2 months. Now that I'm a week from my take down (yay!) it's really really improved.
