Abdominal pain after j-pouch surgery

I had the first of two surgeries on jan 18th 2012. Everything went well but I ended up getting pancrea***. Once that went away my pain didn't so my dr sent me down for a ct. Which showed some fluid that they drained. They tested the fluid and there was some urine in it. So after that I had to have my bladder and ureters checked and they did discover what I was told was a burn mark, but it wasn't leaking currently. So I was in the hospital for four weeks! I've been home for a little over a week and my abdomen is SOOOOO sore! I don't have a blockage because i'm having plenty of output. I don't think I have a hernia because i have no bumps or lumps sticking out. I asked my at home nurse that visits me twice a week about it and she says its normal and my body is just healing. My thinking is that because I was on prednisone for so long before I had the surgery and i was still tapering after the surgery. Now my body is just healing really slow. I didn't have this kind of pain in the hospital as far as muscle soreness. Did anyone else have abdominal pain this far out in the process? I am doing more at home than I did in the hospital.....I dunno.
