it is a shooting pain right at the crease between my leg and abdomen. on BOTH sides.
same time shooting pains.
what is this.
and i have noticed at the same time as the pain my bag keeps filling up fast with liquid poos.
any ideas?
still too new to know or guess.

May be a nerve that is being pinched with the stenosis of your intestine? Does anything relieve the pain other than time passing?

Doesn't sound good! better go to the ER and get it checked out! Even if it's "only" diarreah, you may quickly dehydrate.

if i sit it is more tolerable than standing or walking.
it is coming and going now.
not cramping. like shooting pains.
my stoma does not hurt nor around that area.
just where my legs join to my torso. very weird.

i just went to the loo again and it was like pee instead of poo. just pure yellowish liquid. no smell or odor.

Take a look at this card about
blockages and see if it fits: http://www.ostomy.org/ostomy_info/pubs/blockage_card.pdf
I think you should call your dr or go to the ER. Better safe than sorry --this is not something typical.
Hope you're better soon.

Kazy Good luck. I have a stomal stenosis totally being overlooked by some of the best surgeons. Bad cramps and pain. Liquid poo shooting into bag all at once. Loud gas passing all signs of a stenosis. Good luck with your issue. I can related. Rosemary

i had to lay down, but the pain killers started to work and i just had liquid poos all night.
no worries today though. everything is fine. so i don't know what happened, but it sucked.
don't think it was a blockage cuz there was no pain around stoma, no swelling, no nasty odor and i wasn't nauseous or puking.
? who knows.

OMG.. that sounds terrible! I have had similar pain, but I do not have a bag, so I can't be of any help.
Glad to hear you are feeling better, hope it all goes ok for you
