I had an MRI a few days ago because my family physician thought I had fractured my hip. I have bad osteoporosis due to all the prednisone I was on throughout the years I suffered with UP 
. Thankfully, the MRI showed only "significant" arthritis. I can deal with that. However, since the MRI, I feel really out of sorts. Does that test sort of jar your insides around? There is no better way to describe the feeling..lol.
By the way, my doctor suggested I see an orthopedic specialist and get a "shot" in the hip. I sure don't want any more steroids injected into me. Think this is a good idea?
