Bootstrap - the product is called Derma Sol by Coloplast and it is specifically meant for cleaning the stickyness from your belly left by eaken rings, bags, paste, everything you use that could cling to your skin. I put some on a cotton pad and dabbed gently and the stuff came off. My insurance in Germany paid for it, it was considered part of my supplies, but I only needed one bottle for several months. It smells like it might be caustic to the skin, smells a bit like nail-polish remover, but it is actually very gentle to the skin. But use it only on skin that is intact.
PS: For my toilet, I only use a disinfectant toilet cleaner with a toilet brush (long handle) and that takes care of everything. I clean the bowl every night so I don't have to see anything unsightly first thing in the morning. J-pouches, btw, are generally very directive but there is often a bit of splatter around the inside of the bowl.
PPS: Today I added a protein poweder drink to my day at mid-morning, because it gives 25 grams of protein, from whey and soy. Not a diaster but it loosened things up more than is comfortable for me. It is made for losing weight and has a ton of artifical sweeteners in it, which may be the problem. I couldn't find a protein powder without sweeteners.
