Is the dizziness a known side-effect of the flagyl? The main thing is that the bm's have gone back to normal. I know you're seeing the doctor but has he checked you out thoroughly? I think that it is easy to relate all malaise to a jpouch when you have one, and it soudns to me like the reasons you are feeling badly and having low fever again today might not be pouchitis.
Great news that your sone doesn't have UC!That must be such a relief. I never vomited as UC symptonm. As far as I know, I am the only case in my family, both sides, but I know there are a lot of other people from multiple-case families. I can't think of why your son is vomitting, he may be having a stress reaction to something in college?
It has not snowed here yet, it hasn't gotten quite cold enough. Berlin generally gets little snow (except in 2010 when it snowed a lot and we lived under the greyest sky you could imagine for at least three months, people were complaining of sleep disturbances because of the lack of sunlight.) Most years it doesn't snow til around Christmas.
Today was the end of a huge conference, and the 2nd to last week of work for me. I had a long and lovely conversation with a scientist from France and wish he were a tiny bit younger and didn't have a wife and family there. But I suppose I should just look at the positive side - I had a lovely conversation with a really smart, interesting and attractive man who also enjoyed my company. If I keep doing that I will eventually find one who is available. Or thoughts similar to that one. I didn't plan a thanksgiving and am used to missing it (boo hoo!).
So enjoy it, I assume it is not you who is on for the cooking this time.
