white bumps?

I went and visited the ostomy nurse last week (Friday afternoon) and she said it looked like I was developing a slight yeast infection. She put anti-fungal powder on the skin around my ostomy. Since my pyoderma was much improved, we changed my pouch back to convatec (which I had used before).

Today was the first time I changed the pouch. I was honestly waiting until my anti-fungal powder arrived (still not here yet). I had a couple more red bumps (like I showed the ostomy nurse) but I also had some white bumps. The literally looked like whitehead zits. There weren't a ton, maybe a dozen. But they appeared under "new" areas of the skin barrier as well as areas my skin barrier would previously cover.

Does anybody have any ideas? I'm going to call a WOCN tomorrow but I'm impatient and want ideas NOW!

Also - I'm on Humira so I'm more susceptible to infections than others.

Ugh, I'm sorry. I admit, I saw that it was you who replied and thought "this can't be good" (in regards to the bumps). I'm glad that they seem to occur.
