Can you use a "turtlenecking product" with my stoma?

My stoma opens against my skin. It is a loop stoma and bottom opening of my stoma is flush with my belly (you can't even see the bottom of the stoma opening, it is grown into the skin) and the top opens like a mouth to release output. Since it "works", and it is a loop I'll have for only 3 months until I have my takedown, the surgeons won't touch it.

I used to LOVE the ActiveLife one piece bags because after a day or two, the wafer stretched and truly turtlenecked up and around my old end stoma and worked great for me.

Now I'm scared that turtlenecking aspect would just send the output under the wafer. (and yes, with this stoma, no matter what I do, that skin right at the opening is BRIGHT RED and irritated. I change my bag much more often than I used to just to get fresh powder/skin barrier/paste on that skin but it only last for so long with that output. When I tried the eakin seals, they didn't last long for me.)

What do you think about the turtlenecking products like Activelife with my stoma?
