The only help I've found for my symptoms.... don't eat for 18 hours prior to events that require me to leave the house. Only problem.... I'm finding that I eat once a day - around dinner or just before bed & only water all morning and day. Due to this I get cranky & don't feel quite right, then when I eat - I can barely stay awake.....
Any ideas on how I can find a happy medium? Some days I sip on applesauce (a spoonfull every hour)
