Bleeding before takedown

Hey guys I had the first step of my jpouch procedure on the 19th of July. Had a couple of complications but I'm doing great now and dealing with the loop ileostomy fine.

A few times a day when I empty my ostomy I also pass abit of mucus while I'm there.

Anyway the last couple of nights I've passed some mucus that has been pinkish with a little bit of blood in it. It's also pink/red/brown when I wipe. Before this it was clear or white.

Is this any cause for concern?

i had a feeling that people would say its nothing but i just find it strange that i didnt have this tiny bit of bleeding a few weeks ago and then all of a sudden i do

makes me worry abit

Could people please let me know how much bleeding they were having? My j pouch was formed 2 months ago so it's worrying me.

The blood is nothing compared to UC days but its still a 1/4 cup of mucus that is pink/red every day for the past week. Scared my pouch isn't gonna work :(
