Hi Adriano, I've had good luck reducing j-pouch gas using the Low FODMAP diet, read about it here: http://stanfordhospital.org/digestivehealth/nutrition/DH-Low-FODMAP-Diet-Handout.pdf. I find it still helps even if I don't stick to it strictly, I just keep it in mind and only have small portions once in a while of the FODMAP foods.
