blister under flange

Yesterday I went to change my appliance and I noticed a blister looking thing that was under the flange. It is seeping and is indented a bit. It seems to be getting bigger and it hurts really bad. I have never seen anything like this before, does anyone know what it could possibly be. I'm going to call my doc tomorrow.

Is the blister flat against the skin then indented or does it bubble up and then indent? Given that you said it was "really painful" I wonder if it's peristomal pyoderma gangrenosum (autoimmune skin ulcer). It would be flat against the skin. They are rare, but at least two of use have them on the board.

Not sure what it is if it's popping out.
