I don't think there's a 'best' drink. Are you have hydrating issues? If so, try to eat salty snacks, salt will help you to retain fluids. Or drink bouillon or tomato juice. Eat foods that have a higher water content; fruits, vegetables, yogurt. If you need a electrolyte beverage I recommend vitalyte. You can read about it at www.vitalyte.com
