Is it normal for the bottom of the stoma to go in? Is it a probably?

My stoma sometimes has the bottom right "corner" retract a bit until it is flush with the skin. If you watch your stoma for a bit you'll notice it wiggles in and out. It's how it gets the waste to come out.

My stoma is sometimes out and sometimes totally retracted. I wear a convex wafer to put extra pressure around my stoma.....and benzoin compound tincture.
