what is the best overnight solution for coloplast urostomy?

Big problem, constantly at night. My husband consistently pulls out the tube to the overnight jug when he turns over. Big wet messes often at night. What do some of your recommend. His stoma is very low and small, and we use a convex two piece from coloplast. Thanks very much. Di
