Hi there,
about
2 months ago I was diagnosed with chrons. I got symptoms such as diarrhoea and blood in my stools 2 weeks before I got terrible pains in my stomach which took me to hospital to find that I had chrons - not a month later I had emergency surgery and woke up with an illeostomy due to uncontrollable bleeding from ulceration in my accending bowel which has all been taken out. I lost 10kg while in hospital as well as strength and my heart rate was 110 resting hence why I've been put on so many different tablets.
I'm still trying to cope with having a stoma as well as getting used to having chrons - sometimes it feels like others don't understand the feelings you get - I remember after my first major bleed being in unbelievable pain and the nurses simply saying you need to relax
I still get liquid out of my back passage which is brown liquid - does anyone else get this I have been told by some docs it's normal and others who aren't sure :/ I also get cramping in my lower bowels I think still even though their not being used ATM but I honestly do feel like the cramps get worse if I get nervous if that's the same with anyone else.
I guess I wanted to put a post out there to see what everyone has to say I get nauseous a lot and so confused with what I can and can't eat as I get told different things from people.
Thanks guys!
