Before my ilio surgery , I just loved taking steam saunas.
Has anyone tried taking one? Any pros or cons?
I realize I will need some gator aid immediately afterwards, but curious about the wafer, wear time, etc.

I don't think it should be a problem. I don't have easy access to one, so haven't been in since surgery, but I take baths a lot.... and lots of folks use hot tubs w/no problem.

As you note, you'll want to be attentive to hydration w/the heat....
