I'm searching for answers since the hospitals or drs. Can't find them.
I had a total abdominal colectomy with ileorectal anastomosis with loop ileostomy on feb 28 2017. I have experienced continuous nausea with occasional vomiting. I have been on zofran and reglan with little help.
I also experience very low energy and spend a lot of time in bed because I feel so sick.
I have been to the ER 3x and the last visit they took my blood to find I had acute pancreatitis so I had a 5 day stay at the hospital. I believe that's under control now and again they do not know the reasoning for pancreatitis since I do not drink alcohol.
I'm getting so sick and tired of being sick and tired without any answers.
Has anyone else experience this nausea after surgery that doesn't seem to go away. I keep myself hydrated, I eat healthy, my output is fine.
It could happen any time, whether I don't eat or do eat.
I can't figure out what brings it on, it's basically everyday, some days worse than others. Thank you for any info or insight
