4 Months since my surgery and I feel ready to start exercising again. Nothing crazy, just lots of body weight exercises, running & cycling. I've been looking at supports belts, something to add a little resistance as the last thing I want is a hernia. The main thing I noticed is the belts don't take into account a stoma, all these belts would put pressure on the stoma/bag.
Was wondering what you more active members do to get around this?
