Swimming in Ocean

I had an Ilesostomy 35 years ago (whew!) and love the ocean. No special problems except that if I'm doing body surfing and messing around in waves alot I frequently check to make sure everything's secure. As for bathing suits, back when I had it to show off I wore one-piece suits with some puckering or pleats around the ostomy site. I even found a two piece suit that had a high waist and high-cut legs that was neat. Now I wear the trunk-like suits that cover the tops of my thighs-not because of the ostomy but becuase I do daily injections for multiple sclerosis and cause lumps and bumps. My water fun has been curtailed by MS, not my ostomy.
