Does this make my butt look big?

I've always been very particular about my jeans.  The size, the look, the pockets, the fly.  Now I have the added challenge of fitting a stoma into the picture.  So far, none of the one's I own work very well.  My stoma is down and to the right of my belly button.  It's been interesting shopping and trying on.  The little sales clerks want desparately to grab me sizes and give me their opinions of what's Hot for the season. 

I'm thinking low rise is going to be the answer.

always wear low rise........men love it.....trust me....:0)

my stoma is in the same spot as you have yours.  low rise for me, and my shirt hangs over top, never gets tucked in...works great.  you can get pants custom made too, (or modified) just find a good tailor, i was really suprised at how cheap it was.  TELL the tailor about your issue, they've dealt with it before..

Hi!  Wouldn't the pouch and barrier show when you guys wear low rise?  I have been looking for jeans/pants that fit desperately too but I found it very difficult.  They either show my bag or get really tight when the bag is filled with gas or output.  How do you manage to cover them and still have a comfortable, good fit?

I have the same problem and the only thing I found that is comfortable are materinity pants. Oh by the way I am male. As long as I wear shirts long enough people never know.
The first time I tried them on I smiled and turned around and asked my wife " Do these make my butt look big"? We both laughed for an hour after.

I like the "guys cut" jeans. They aren't up around the waist, but not low enough to have the bag pop out. I know they aren't the sexiest jeans, but you can buy them in waist and length sizes, lol. My legs are very long for my size and I always had problems finding jeans long enough until I started buying guys jeans. Also, the pockets are deeper and they hold up better, I don't know why, but they're tougher.
