Nu-Hope Osto,y belt

I got an ostomy belt from Nu Hope . I like the belt. it is 9"high and has a hole. It does smooth things out and makes my herniated stoma feel better, but I have to tell you they are no fun to deal with. The belt started to disintegrate after I had it only a week and trying to get an answer from their office is impossible. I hate to spend (even if Medicare pays) over $110 for shoddy goods without any recourse.

When I used to sell supplies, the NuHope people were wonderful to deal with. You need to keep trying, because I believe they are a small family owned company that wants their customers to be happy. Things could have changed, but keep trying, they always made a well made product.

.Nu= Hope came through and has sent a replacement belt. The mexxage got stuck in my wife;s spam catcher. I apologize profusely since they have fixed me up . Thanks again
