Have Some Questions

well i empty mine proably five or six times a day, when i go pee, at night i usually do it once. Maybe you shoudl try eating some stuff that will thicken it, like frenchfries, or put those gel tabs in there, they will make it thicker. it's easier for us to get dehyrdated, so you have to drink lots. i don't know about the gall bladder and pancreas, how they affect it though

What goes in, must go out. How often you have to empty is directly related to how much you eat. You may want to eat less and/or earlier in the evenings so you don't have to get up so many times during the night.

The foam can be caused by dairy, a lactose intolerance (happens every time I eat ice cream). You could cut back on the dairy to see if it helps or use one of the lactose products out there and see if it makes a difference.

Depending on how much bowel they've taken (I'm not sure what a modified whipple is), your stool will be more watery. The colon (and certain parts of your small intestines) are all about reabsorption, and if it's gone, a lot of that doesn't happen. Your bowels can adjust to a certain point, and it can take up to a year for you to see how much it will adjust. In the mean time, you need to try and drink as much as you can to stay hydrated (not sodas, coffe or tea) and maybe make sure to drink some of the sports drinks to replace electrolites. If you feel weak, you may want to get some blood levels done to see how you're doing with the electrolites and nutrition as whole.
