Anxcity with Parkinsons. What can you take for it?

My mother said her anxciety at night goes up and she gets very nervous inside. The Dr gave her Ativan which she takes .5mg in the morning and one 1.mg at night but said it does not help her relax that much. She is up going pee several times a night and she worries alot, it drives her crazy!! Anyone find antidepressent work better for Parkinsons or what are some ways to relax when one gets so anxious?

LOL! If only my mother could drink she has a bladder condition as well as a diabetic and no alcoholic drinks are aloud. She has said this many times to me. If only I could have a drink!!
