After reading your posts again I can see how negative you are about your PD. That is understandable! I started 5 years ago. We both know about the long term symptoms. I don't read those posts or anything negative.
What medications do you take? What exercise do you do? If you want to help your daughters, and yourself, get out of the negative attitude. Do something you enjoy for exercise not just physical repetitive exercise. Walk, run, ride a bike, dance, swim, get a Wii, something. I live in Michigan. Not much to do outside this time of year. I have a ping pong table and play against myself every day. The table is set up one side up and the other side down. I get a real workout. If I don't play for a few days I really feel the negative effects. I am right handed. One day after a few weeks I hit the ball to my left side. I switched the paddle to my left hand and returned the ball. I had never held the paddle in my left and did not plan it. It was just a reflex. I am now as good left as right. Thanks PD!??!!
