How old is your Mom? If she is elderly, Artane should be used very cautiously due to its side effects. Also depends on her primary symptoms. If she is having primarily lower body symptoms, also make sure she has MRi of her cervical area to rule out spinal compression in neck. Some can have compression in the neck area which can lead to difficulty walking. If diagnosed too late can lead to major mobility issues. It happened to my mother even the neurologist overlooked it.
