I m new to this site,,only logged on last nite.

I have applied for ssdi in oct, of 2012, i have been denied twice in the past,i am now waiting for a trail date, from nov. 2013, no date has been given yet! Since i first applied for hep b chronic, they have found other issues, that have gotten worse, i had viral enchepilits at 5 yo, im 53 now, and devolved or gotten worse , ie, cerbellar degeneration,mild to moderate brain atophy, most recent is nuropothy from waist down,,,all that on top of my exsiting chronic hep b, Q is from someone that knows more about ssdi cases then i, and been thur process, maybe some pointers would be helpful, what are my chances of being approved for ssdi?

FYI) Reason of first deninels, at that time i only had the hep b, issue and it was just beginning, and the said from there info,,it was not serious enough, but since then these other issues have appered, also one more Q if i may?

someone that has exper, it or knows about it, is cerabellum degeneration,and mild to moderate brain atophy, and or the nuropothy the beginning of PD, or alstimers?If so what are the stages of? Thank you very much,,andrew steiger

Hello and thank you for reply, my sister said i should seek them also,but before hand i hooked up with <a private firm>,i have had them,so far, about 18 mos. so far, yes, i have been denined twice ,the saying what i have is not serrious enuf,but since then i have other health issue,of which i sent copys of various froms to <the private firm> to put in file,as well as both <the private firm>,and SSA, have both had me sign release form so they can obtain records from my 3 doctors,and yes i do make as many copys as i can,,not perfect tho,now if i can remember where i put them lol,,,im bad at keeping records,,not to tho,,, thx, andy
