In my reading I have discovered that one of the theories is that high levels of toxins may be a cause of parkinsons disease. The image I get in my mind is a "log jam". It seems, to me, that the naturopathic doctors interventions are based on this theory.
Does anybody know...
1) If there has been any research done to see if perhaps there might be extremely high levels of toxins in people with parkinsons disease?
2) If there has been any research done to see if toxin removal procedures help any?
3) Has anyone has tried these methods of "toxin removal" that the naturopathic doctors provide and did it help any?
