Thanks, for the info.....I've been taking a lot of vitamins right now, (no Meds at this point) I will surly add creatine as well.

The creatine trial is going to start in April. Alot of centers are participating. I'm going to be in it. It's for 5 years. Check it out at one of the PD sites. They had a big announcement on 3/22. It's worth looking into. Cheers, Calming
