?timing meds/sinemet plus

Someone mentioned taking meds at certain time espec before nighttime. I am having a WOEFUL time at night, nil sleep and wondering if the sinemet is playing havoc and wondering when do people take the sino at night so they can make the best of getting some sleep.
Talked to chemist today, in tears, and she said there is a drug called Sinemet Plus and also suggests Coenzyme Q10. She has a very severe PD patient who swears it has improved situation for him.
But I am not defo PD - yet.
Increased the sinemet and no effect to the jerking and jigging. How long does it take to show effects. Am on 3 a day since monday.

Hello Ann , just read your post about sinamet plus , i swear by it . when i start this terrible jumping and jerking i take just one half of sinamet plus tablet . Its like a miricle, it takes 20 minutes at the most to work, rarely longer and it is just like turning off a switch . I only take it when i find things are unbearable, not on a regular basis. It works for me this way and i feel i always have my little bit of magic to fall back on. Hope it works for you, take care ....Grace
