sinomet upsetting stomach/more meds!

All the drugs I'm on have really upset my stomach and now on Nexium for the raw stomach. I do produce too much acid there anyway and was taking stuff.
I'm in bits.
Stomach painful and the sinomet ain't doing anything for the jigging and jerking.
I am due to go on to the sinomet plus on tues - after my driving test !!
Feel very sick too.
Awful pain in my head and tinnutus. Worry that I may have a tumour, but maybe that is a bit of extreme but consideringh the doc says I dont have PD, maybe a tumor would be acceptable.
Am so DOWN it is scary.

It is a bit better this morning. I took the sino with food yesterday and kept to just a bit of yogurt and creamed rice.
I also took a new drug Nexium and gaviscon. Was back in the hosp yesterday afternoon. I broke down in tears saying I couldnt cope with this level of ill health. I do think having the crohns is not helping matters.
