Hi All,

My mom was diagnosed with Vascular Parkinsonism 2 years ago. I would like to be here on her behalf, if thats ok? (I can't say I'm her caregiver as she lives far away (with my dad)). She has problems with incontinence and dislikes wearing adult diapers because they give her a rash. My first question is: is incontinence a symptom of PD? Secondly, if other experience a similar rash from a depends-like product, do you have any solutions you might suggest?

Incontinence is a part of PD in end stage. Well it depends to the individual, but in most cases incontinence is in the later stage of PD. Some are sensitve to diapers and have rashes. There are supreme diapers where urine transform into gel like and you won't feel the wet diaper. There's a lot of adult diaper and you choose what is the best for you.
