PD symptoms; severe bladder spasms & burning anybody else have this??

My wife has had PD for5 yrs (67 now) Her worst sympt. is severe bladder spasms & burning sometimes 4-5 times a day Sinemet sometimes controls it but other times not. She first had inter-stim surgery, then botox inj. of the bladder, sphincter muscle, levator muscle all to no avail. I forgot to say she also caths herself approx half the time. Has anybody or do you know anybody with similar syptoms?? She has been on mirapex, requip they did nothing. Mayo clinic is her pd doc's, they have never had another  case of this sypt. being so severe, they don't know what else to do, thanks
