I have had pd since 1995 and my meds are very unpredicable .I have rode bikes and was a distance runner for about
20 yrs and my strong legs have been my greatest assets.I have a balance problem but have never fallen.Take your meds on time ,try to relax and give them time to kick in.Some times you may have a few bad days in a row.Just keep telling yourself that tomorrow will be better and if that doesent work then i get mad,craw off the couch and lift weights or what ever because with out strinth,even when your on ,you wont be strong enough.If you are missiing to much exersing then try to catch up when your on.You will feel better and stronger.Also never feel llike your world is over because this your world now I dont pray for a cure any more ,I pray for strinth to get through one day at a time and some day become a better speller.Keep chalanging your self with more work or projects.Sometimes I stay so busy that sometimes I think I forget to turn off.Isent that weird.
