Got a hearing next Tuesday.  Has anyone else been through the ALJ hearing? What can I expect?

Take your wife or significant other with you,and if your meds mask your symptoms of pd hold off on taking them until after the hearing.Wish you the best.Ed

My symptoms are somewhat masked by sinemet (8-25/100) but they are not completely so I don't have to worry about that.  .  I have been taking the pills so long it's efficacy isn't there.  I also take Requip, Amantadine, and Comtan. 18 parkinsons pills a day. I am sooooo tired when I take my pills that I sleep a lot.

Yup look as bad as you can. It might sound dishonest but non PD people do not realize that it's a disease that can kick in good and then kick you bad at other times. Hopefully during your hearing you will be on your off time.
